ARCHIPENSIERO @ PALATINO

Colle Palatino, Rome, 2017

In an exhibition where contemporary art and archeology faced each other by means of 100 art works coming from the ALT museum - a museum created by Tullio Leggeri, one of the most important Italian art collectors - the Archipensiero that was initially conceived and built for the first time in 2001, was re-built In this very special context on a much bigger scale (680x680x265) in order to stand the confrontation with  the historical /archeological surrounding environment in which he easily fits for his image of architectural archetype, while also keeping both its character of ‘contemporary Stonehenge’ and ‘ lesson in spatial perception’ as well.
