The idea of this virtual performance, which looks like just a divértissement, appears indeed to go back to “The craft of the architect”(2002) where the difficulties of the context forced the climber into an impasse.  After about ten years there seems to be less difficulties in the context.  However, the ‘swimmer’ must still keep his head well up, as a symbol of rationality, and look with all his attention but, when he decides, he can give himself up to emotion through the wriggles of his tail.
